All SALE ITEMS are final sale. No returns and no exchanges, please. Unless, of course, there is a defect or something we did wrong.
Items eligible for cash returns must be received within 21 days of the original purchase date (after 21 days, you have 45 days to return for a store credit only). Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, be free of any stains of any kind as well as animal hair, and with the original tags on. Just be cool, OK?:)
If you'd like to exchange, place a new order for the new item you would like in place of your return. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. Please include the new order number for the exchanged item on the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise.
After your return has been received, refunds will be issued within 5 business days. Be sure to note your tracking number from your label. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
